Follow the instructions on the website below in order to redeem the lift ticket, including:
1. Visit www.RewardsFromChevy.com/SkiChevy.
2. Select "Did you Take a Test Drive" Button.
3. Complete the online Lift Redemption Form.
4. From the time all required information is submitted the lift ticket will arrive in the mail to the address supplied approximately 10 days later.
* Approximate retail value: $1,592. Passes valid at Mt. Bachelor Resort all season. Take retail delivery of purchase or lease by 3/31/10 or while supplies last. Limit one offer per purchase or lease.
** Each eligible test drive participant is eligible for one (1) Mt. Bachelor Mountain Resort Lift Ticket good at Mt. Bachelor. Only one offer may be redeemed per person, per household. Must take test drive by 3/1/10 or while supplies last. The lift ticket cannot be exchanged and has no value if not redeemed. Any attempt to sell the lift ticket is prohibited. Lift tickets that are sold will not be honored at the mountain. The lift ticket is valid during the 2009-2010 season and is void at the close of the 2009-2010 season (determined by Mt. Bachelor). Lift tickets valid at Mt. Bachelor Resort all season, except holidays. Jan 16-18, 2010 and Feb. 13-15, 2010. The lift ticket is not valid for any future years and has no value if not redeemed. The one (1) Mt. Bachelor Mountain Resort lift ticket has a retail value of $59.
